Position Summary:
This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas. Responsibilities may include cleaning assigned areas; setting up for events; and/or training new staff.
Essential Functions:
1. Cleans assigned areas, including: waxing floors; vacuuming floors; washing windows; emptying trash; and cleaning restrooms.
2. Sets up chairs, tables, and stages for events.
3. Trains and/or monitors staff to ensure proper completion of work.
4. Orders equipment and supplies.
5. Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance, including attendance at required meetings.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.); related experience preferred; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
- Valid State of Michigan Driver’s License
